They’ve had investments from the US Department of Defense and claim to be working with DARPA and NASA.
One of their technologists worked with Ning Li and another with Amy Eskridge. Dr. Frank Mead, who was head of all of the AF advanced propulsion research for decades, is one of the advisors. They list tons of work done by Paul Murad, who is connected to Pharis Williams. They list the work of Hathaway who is connected to Hal Puthoff and has looked into Ken Shoulders‘ work.
They are literally claiming to be working on compact aneutronic fusion, MHD, gravity manipulation, LENR, and just about everything else I’ve pointed out to this community as possible propulsion and energy solutions for UFOs. Their claims are spectacular as they are saying they are achieving experimentally significant results and working towards commercialization.

Their chief scientist, Dr. John Brandenburg, also has made plenty of “wild” claims such as there is evidence of a nuclear event on mars, previous life on mars, a hypothesis that ET are in fact planning a hostile takeover via genetic hybridization, and a very interesting declaration of principles for ET contact.
Kepler Aerospace is planning their own mission to Mars, by the way. Presumably to investigate anomalies and evidence of previous life on the planet.
