Many YT Channels about “Drones” stalking and following people.

I was scrolling thru YT looking for interesting UFO videos, and came across a number of small YT channels with many different videos of objects in the sky and the theme is these objects are following the person. Here is 3 examples 1 2 3

After watching many of these videos I concluded that the objects are not conventional drones.
These drones have even made some local news outlets. WUSA9 covers the DC area, not too far from Langley, and that is where some “drones” caused issue for USAF if I remember correctly. Here is their coverage I spent some time reading through the comments….wowowow! There are hundreds if not thousands of people saying that they are being followed by drones.
If this is actually happening the questions are endless. The drones at Langley can be written off as a spying operation by a foreign actor. But thousands of people being followed by sometimes 10 drones?
Why would a foreign government give 2 shits about random people all over the country? These people can’t all be drug dealers being investigated by the FBI. Nor could all these people be methed out and paranoid, the footage does show something. What do you think?
