Maybe UFOs

Context: August 12th around 9:40 PM my brother and I went outside to see the meteor shower. By the end of the time we were outside we saw around 30 separate lights floatings and moving around the sky unnaturally. The plane you see in the film prior to the moving object looked like a military jet to our eyes but we are speculating that. The plane came from the southwest towards the northeast and circled back around and flew underneath the mass of the objects. Many of them disappeared after it flew by, a few like the one centered in the video stayed and mostly did not move. It started near the horizon and flew directly up into the sky. Then stayed right above our heads for around 6 minutes. It then moved towards the ground and to the left of our perspective. At one point I saw one of the objects briefly. It was a rounded triangular shape that appeared to be spinning. This happened above Pennsylvania.
