My aunt took this photo from a plane

Aunt took this photo during a flight. She says that at the time she didn’t notice the 3 blue lights (upper right), just wanted to get a photo of the clouds. It was a 4 second exposure. I asked if it could have been a reflection off of the inside of the window of something inside the plane. She indicated that she didn’t recall anything that could have been reflecting and that the lights look unique (meaning they weren’t mass produced and on some electronic eg all the same). I tend to agree they are quite unique looking.. what might these be?
