Pretty good article from CTV.ca, Canada’s largest TV news outlet. What I like about this article is that it treats the subject as an ongoing news story that continues to build momentum. The article is from Jan 6th, 2024. I also like how they have directly contacted Sue Gough from the DOD as well as a NASA spokesperson for comments as opposed to simply quoting what has already been said in other publications. While this article may not provide any new information to any of us here on this sub, I definitely feel this article like many other recent articles in mainstream media are doing a great job of reducing the stigma on the subject. As the stigma is reduced and more average citizens see how important the issue is, it will be increasingly difficult to keep information on this subject hidden. It will also make new and better research possible. Hopefully this means some of the positive feedback loops that were created/intensified in 2017 are now reaching a critical tipping point.
