Firstly I’m not from US, so not hot on legalities/constitution…

But what’s the actual motivation behind the oversight committee/govt here?

What do they want out of this process? Is it really ‘disclosure’ or just for the DoD to be transparent with their spending?

Say the DoD agree to account for every penny they receive, but are allowed to keep the details classified & the OSC must stop with their UAP investigation… could that be enough to halt the process? Maybe it’s unconstitutional to keep spending figures secret from the people tho? Are they even in a position to negotiate?
