Just wanted to remind everyone that Paul Hellyer (ex-Canadian Defense Minister) basically told us everything that was going on years ago. Always found him to be honest and compelling. And what’s coming out is basically reaffirming what he said.
“There are extraterrestrials that come from Andromeda, and ones that live on one of Saturn’s moons. There is a federation of these people, and they have rules, one of them is that they don’t interfere with our affairs unless they are invited.”
