Possible something non human ? Happened just now few min ago

I I’m Cyprus,Paphos . I tried to film from my balcony the lighting storm coming and this bright dot appears from the clouds and then disappears instantly. I checked flight radar,no flights at that moment . Sorry for quality,had to cut the video
