Question about status: no disclosure possible?

Hi all, I just recently came upon statement in some foreign (not english) channel that one person said, that the events now going on around Grusch etc are already confirmed by congress to results in no disclosure, but even if they succeed, all that will be done will be information gathering for the purpose of gov organisations (so no public release of actual state about UFOs , aliens etc).

Can anyone confirm this, if it is really the current state of facts about the process?
