While relaxing in our car my wife spotted this object. Sorry for the quality of the video. When I mentioned a u could see a structure, it looked similar in shape to the drawings of the Phoenix lights. It almost seemed like a matte gray color. I stopped recording after it disappeared but it briefly reappeared 15-20 seconds later way further away towards the horizon. It was only visible for a couple seconds and again disappeared. There were no clouds or haze but the object seemed to have like a hazy cone emitting from both sides. It looked like fog for lack of a better word.
