Like the title says I was outside of work to see if it was snowing and happened to see this floating in the sky heading east at 10:10a.m. 12/06/23. It wasn’t gaining altitude and it seemed to be spinning in place at times. Multiple whiteness including 2 coworkers. Probably balloons but it just gave us all an uneasy feeling. I have video but don’t know how to upload.
