I spotted this when I was leaving my parent’s house on Christmas Day, they live in a very remote area near Buxton in Derbyshire. I noticed the trail first but there was nothing that appeared to be making it, I thought it seemed odd so took a couple of photos. As I was taking the second photo an object appeared and shot off at an insane speed, as seen in the second photo. The bright object in the first image is just a star, there are only seconds between both photos being taken but the clouds were moving really quick due to wind. I’ve added a zoomed in image of the second photo with the object circled too
Just wondering if anyone else saw anything like this, it was at 21:30 UK time
