Stationary UFOs (Drones?) when crossing Bay Bridge MD

Hey all, we just watched these 3 stationary lights (that became 4, then eventually 5) while driving over the Bat Bridge in Maryland.

The bright light on the left is a plane, but on the right you’ll see the stationary lights I filmed until tree cover made it impossible.

For clarity this is not far from the Naval Academy at all, so it could be drones or anything from there. But yeah, I don’t know for sure so I’m sharing for interest and thoughts.

This video does have audio but I removed it to protect my family’s identity. Thanks.
