Strange, bright object on the sky and strong humming noise

I saw this strange light on the sky. (UK, midlands) It disappeared in like 5 minutes. Same time a strange, humming noise I heard and it was quite scary to be fair. Neighbour’s dog was barking the object. Did anyone have a same/similar experience? Any idea what kind of uap this could be? It seems like these observations are getting more and more frequent. I started to think this might came from anothe dimenson, as it was like hanging on the sky, doing nothing. Also the quality of my photo is great, I took it with a galaxy A71. Why other people has got bad quality photos?
