The advancement of AI will make the “disclosure” everyone is hoping for almost impossible.

I’ve not seen anyone talk about this, so I decided to start a conversation about it.

It’s already so challenging to assess the veracity of an image or video. Within a very short period of time, as AI becomes capable of producing media that is indistinguishable from actual photos and videos, it will be essentially impossible to ever determine what is real and what isn’t. This soup of disinformation that “the gatekeepers” have already created will become ever more murky and will make “disclosure” that much more elusive, if not impossible.

Others will disagree I’m sure, but that’s my take. Thoughts?
