The cheers to 30 ufo, updates?

I’m looking on the UFO subreddits but I can’t find the post it’s probably a week down the list by now. Does anybody remember what the results of it was? Pretty much the consensus is that it’s a cheers to 30 balloon but could anyone ever explain why it never changed Direction? I mean the logo always stayed in the same direction that’s the only thing that was weird
