The sad fact is, we need a smoking gun irrefutable military video leak to get people outraged

I appreciate all that Grusch and Elizondo have done by coming forward, and what people like Coulthart, Knapp, and others have done by covering the stories. But the sad fact is, no matter how often you email or call a Congress representative – they flat don’t exactly care if they’re determined to cover something up based on either their warped religious views or military-industrial complex funding they’re all provided.

Everyone can keep going back to those NY Times videos that have been harped on for six years now, but quite frankly any footage obscured by FLIR or anything else is going to be considered ‘one of those things’ (to quote Close Encounters of the Third Kind) without much attention to it by most laypeople. Many may consider even clear footage CGI and so on, but a leak with providence to the source would still change everything.

Those who may have access to clear camera footage need to stop worrying about China or Russia and worry about the entire planet. It’s like worrying about the neighbor you don’t like having a shotgun, while your entire block is surrounded by people with grenades who can move in and out of your house undetected at will.

We have people this very second risking their entire life for a few miles of arbitrary designated territory in Israel/Gaza, Russia/Ukraine, and other places in Africa and Myanmar. Yet the smoking gun may be available to several this very moment, and they’re worried about a bunch of arbitrary laws that one country among thousands in history currently has. To confirm we’re not alone as humans in reality? Really?

I hope someone steps up and releases the best of the best footage captured and takes the shot to wake everyone in society up for something a hell of a lot more important to humanity than what people are risking their lives every single day fighting for.
