The Three Body Problem

Has anyone read this series?

I am a little over half way into the first book and I find that it mysteriously rhymes with what we are encountering in this “UFO Problem” we are all trying to solve.

There are compartmentalized groups of military, academic, technology, and industrial specialists who are being led by shadowy figures who seem to be in the “know”, or at the very least, be operating off of strong intuition and beliefs, centered around a desire to bring the alien civilization to Earth.

The fact that the Chinese government has been pushing this series onto their population for more than a decade, and is now being made into a Netflix series, at this point in the UFO timeline is interesting to say the least…

I mostly want to start a discussion to include thoughts on this Three Body Problem and how it relates to our reality.

Here are some more things I find intriguing:

The “alien” civilization has evolved from a planet revolving around 3 suns..And we have apparently been encountering some alien creatures that have 3 fingers. Maybe just a coincidence of numbers. There is a countdown for the alien’s arrival on Earth, that only a select few humans have knowledge of. Sound familiar? The knowledge of these things has been built on by older generations who are now too old to move it forward, and the “phenomena” is now being focused on younger generations who can. Seems to be where we are now.

Again, I’m only halfway through, and it’s supposed to be a work of science FICTION, but we all know how ideas and concepts can be seeded into our collective consciousness via fictional media.

Synchronicities

One last thing that has been sort of coincidental in my life recently, has been the emergence of the concept of Copernicus and the Sun. In most of my recent readings and content I’ve been watching has included some mention of Copernicus and the idea of the “kingdom of the Sun”. Apparently, one of my favorite authors, Isaac Asimov wrote a book called Kingdom of The Sun, involving Copernicus. Jesse Michel’s mentioned it in his interview with Diana Pasulka, and then finally, on the last couple of chapters of the Three Body Problem have started to include Copernicus and the power and involvement of Star/Sun celestial bodies and their affect on the progress of societies.

Tyler D from American Cosmic (aka Tim Taylor of NASA) apparently has the Sun as a main part of his daily routine. I’ve been doing the same recently. I think the Sun may be key to all of this. It’s clearly the most powerful thing that the universe created in our collective lives and in the history and creation of Earth. Past civilizations and religions treated the Sun as a God, maybe we need to start combining our scientific knowledge of the Sun with more esoteric and non physical practices. Idk..

I’m just trying to follow the signs that are being sent my way, and share the messages I’m coming across. Maybe we can work together to try to pull out some nuggets of knowledge.

Has anyone done a deep dive into this book or the concepts I’ve mentioned?
