Grusch’s testimony was based on an investigation he was specifically tasked with, where he interviewed 40 high ranking officials. Some were first hand witnesses. He then brought them to the Inspector General. Not only did the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community find Grusch’s allegations “credible and urgent”. The previous Inspector General is now Dave Grusch’s current lawyer. The language in the Schumer-Rounds amendment that was gutted using corrupt republicans was strikingly similar to Grusch’s testimony and corroborated nearly all his claims. Especially about illegal special access programs, recovered non-human technology and non-human biologics.
