This deserves to be a top post. A UFO that looks like a led strip floats around and dips into the Delaware river. Another one of these sightings posted yesterday.

What could this possibly be? When the plane flys by you can hear how loud it is, so that has got to rule out this being a drone as to how silent it is throughout the rest of the video.
