Thoughts on my UAP Theory- first post

This is my first post, haven’t seen this theory exactly explained like myself I’d like to see if anyone has heard it like this before. Or just any input you might have about it.

If there was an apocalyptic event coming who would live today? The ultra rich and powerful in their super hi-tech everything. It takes thousands of people and thousands of minds to create something like a car or phone. Does everyone know how to build them from scratch? No, most can’t even harness electricity from scratch and make even a lightbulb or fire. I sure can’t! Some will, but definitely not the complex things. In this cataclysmic event out of the very little population not included on the rich’s scapegoat(let’s say the ocean) that’s left- there’d be even fewer smart people capable of recreating anything like what we have in our consumer world right now. The few smart left can reach the best they can but only with what they have only to teach what they know possible for them. -for example the old kingdom time period in Egypt which is most mysterious because during then they had the most sophisticated and precise architecture, art, etc; only to have the next generations never to be able to replicate the exact craftsmanship previously known?

So my theory is before a great catastrophic disaster on earth some time ago, the most powerful and smartest minds were able to escape just to have regular civilizations basically restart -while the rich had let’s say ~12500 years to evolve their tech from the pinnacle they were at then with the best minds and resources from the rich to push it forward, while we have to restart from scratch. I think the rich break off civilization is one UAP entity responsible for some of these hi-tech ships/drones. Controlled AI to build these just to make them better every time. Boom.

Like the greedy top 1% today. They don’t give af about the rest so that why the UAP been just watching. Anddd probably(hopefully) stopping us idiots from nuking the planet and killing everyone including them.
