What I can’t understand from Ryan Graves testimony is why can’t they just get some decent video/photos of these things, if they’re seeing them every single day for years, including up to today.

If it’s not just some chance encounter, shouldn’t we have hours of video of these things by now?

Also, since it seems all the fighter pilots are seeing these things, routinely, why is there a stigma amongst them to report them?
