Ran across this story on Eyes On Cinema. The Soviets sent Phobos I to Mars which vanished after encountering a long cigar shaped object. When Phobos II arrived to Mars it captured a similar shaped object spanning 30 kilometers wide hovering over the surface. This is a fantastic YT channel for all things UFO.
