Watching a clip of this Michael Shermer character on Rogan a year or so back and he seems to reference Avi Loeb’s projects in a tone of alliance.

Seeing as Avi Loeb news recently involves him claiming to have found evidence of alien materials (correct me if I’m wrong on what it is exactly he’s claiming), was he once a skeptic as is Shermer or has he always believed there to be alien NHI here on earth?
