What are these lights?

My girlfriend’s son looked up in the sky and saw these lights and started recording.he sent it to me, and I adjusted, brightness contrast highlights I warmed the color up and added super resolution to try to bring out the the lights which worked You could only see about three or four in the original video but now I see at least seven or eight lights. It doesn’t look like heat lightning unless heat lightning can travel through clouds like their wires or something I’m not sure. Any ideas?
