What do you think is the extent of knowledge of the UAP phenomenon in the governments, militaries and intelligence agencies of other nations?

The UFO topic feels extremely US-centric for the most part with almost all the action seemingly happening within the US. The US tends to dominate the conversation when it comes to things like UFO sightings, abduction reports, government cover-ups, UFO whistleblowers, elected leaders showing interest in the topic. Recent events in the UFO world have lead to the popular belief (within the UFO community) that the UFO topic is likely a very complicated one and it is not just ETs visiting our planet in highly advanced spacecraft. Some of the popular theories these days include inter-dimensional beings, cryptoterrestrials, time travel, consciousness etc. A lot of US military intelligence community officials have come forward talking about these things openly on various podcasts which has been seen by people all over the world.

So, at this point, it should be safe to discard the notion that the top intelligence officials in other countries would be blissfully unaware of the UFO topic. It would be fairly ridiculous to think that other government leaders would be completely in the dark about the phenomenon. Only the average insular dunce would probably think that no one other than the US cares about this topic. Imagine a scenario where Disclosure was actually lead by a country like Brazil where a bunch of intelligence officials came out and openly spoke about the topic over a few years. Do you think that the US intelligence officials and leaders would not pay any attention to what they are saying? No chance!

So, here are my questions to you –

1) How much do you think other nations are aware of this topic? Do you think that most other nations would be aware of the good stuff like underground bases, supposed bases under the ocean, bases on the far side of the moon, time travel, consciousness link etc?
2) If you are one of those people who thinks that nobody other than the US knows about this stuff, do you think that it is a good idea for US intelligence officials to discuss these things on podcasts that can be seen by anyone (including adversaries)? Why was such a route chosen for dissemination of information? Does it mean that the information is mostly bogus?
3) If you think that what is happening is Disclosure, then where is the same attempt being made by other nations to inform its citizens? After all, all the action is predominantly in the English-speaking space of the internet. There are billions of people on this planet who either don’t speak English or are not interested in this topic. So, where is the attempt being made to educate these people on this topic? If we think that this is Disclosure, why is the rest of the world still seemingly in the dark?

I am sure that some posters will claim that our close allies like UK, Australia, Canada etc would be given some of this information. So, what about other large nations like China, India, Brazil etc? What would they be thinking upon hearing some of the things being shared recently?
