Quantum computing can be used in very specialist applications of computing science, one of which is decrypting encrypted data. If someone were to have intercepted or gotten through other nefarious methods, data relating to UAP or other historical covered up events, then decrypt using quantum computing, there could be a flood of new information just over the hill.
