What is this “disclosure”?

We had a congressional hearing last year, with testimonies given UNDER OATH from credible witnesses.
Multiple elected officials are investigating the phenomena and have stated publicly that they are “interdementiobal beings”. I believe this was stated by Luna most recently.

In other words, don’t we already have government officials discussing this and looking further into it? Is that disclosure?

We have credible researchers that have spent decades studying the phenomena, like Dolan and Vallee, stating they are here. Is that disclosure?

Does the president need to state the phenomena is real? Or do we need real crafts? And if those were revealed, some would still argue they’re government made. Would NHI physical evidence be disclosure?

From what I’ve gathered over the years reading up on NHI, the phenomena doesn’t want to be revealed. It’s always one or two people that have a significant sighting, or a group of kids!! They never just show up at a football game!

What is true disclosure for you? And what evidence would you need to say “we are not alone”? I’m interested to hear your thoughts.
