What UFO sightings do we have records of, occurring between 1800 and 1947?

I know there are ancient paintings, reports and scrolls from times BC, as well as the 1500s, 1600s, 1700s, all depicting what can be argued are clearly UFOs and extra terrestrials.

But what I’m interested in here is that gap of expansive time spanning 1800 to 1947.

The modern record of all UFO sightings kicks off with The Roswell Incident. What about immediately before that? Surely there are documented recorded UFO sightings during WW1? How about post war in the depression of the 1930s? What about in everyday life late 1800s to early 1900s? What about during the Napoleonic Wars? What print exists from this era on UFOs?

As Jacques Valle states in The Phenomenon (incredible documentary btw, best I ever saw):

“There were well documented UFO cases in the 19th century… These observations have come from all over the world. They have just been forgotten.”
