Filmed in Kuopio, Finland 30.10.2019 by a civilian. He did not post this as an UFO, but instead he titled it as “Light anomaly” in Finnish. It perfectly looks what Foo Fighters were described to look like, to me this is the most compelling single video I’ve found of orange orbs/foo fighters, and am as certain as someone can be about the validity of the video above.
