Watch the great podcast NTK/47 – UFO Gatekeepers Strike Back – 12/07/23 – YouTube , where Ross Coulthart goes over the logic of the aerospace companies
1.“Sympathy for the private aerospace companies that that I know do have possession of retrieved non-human technology I know that with a reasonable degree of certainty because in some cases not all cases they’ve done the retrievals themselves and I can understand why there was concerned about the confiscation the eminent domain laws because frankly why should the government be able to confiscate technology that an aerospace company has recovered at its own cost um it should perhaps be alerted to the existence of that technology which is the oversight issue that I think needs to be corrected but I’ve always had a problem legally with the idea that the federal government can step in after the fact and confiscate everything relating to non-human technology and I I know because I’ve spoken to people about it inside defense Aerospace I know that was the concern.”
Q1:So basically we paid for it, so why should we give it to the public? What are your responses to this point?
2.”I think many of the people inside the program feel the same way many of the people don’t understand why the the fact of the existence of a non-human intelligence should continue to be kept secret and the argument seems to be that it’s a slippery slope that if you reveal that you then have to reveal the existence of technology and that it inevitably leads to the sequestering by the federal government and so I think that’s what lies behind the push back that’s happened in the last few few weeks.”
Q2: Basically there seems to be a fear that acknowledging existence will very quickly lead to the government handing the crashed UAP to public science. Do you agree that acknowledging existence is necessarily a slippery slope?
I understand they might have paid for the retrieval and storage and development, but how does that give them ownership over the crafts? They didn’t sign any contracts with the NHIs. They simply took the crafts.
Also what exactly gives these companies the right to withhold understanding about our universe? Part of being a democratic republic is that people need to make informed decisions and vote accordingly. But they can’t do that when information about reality is being withheld from them. Perhaps we want to vote for representatives that will invest more on the development of UAPs. So these companies might end up making a lot more profit just as it was done with the vaccine development.
The repeating response of “national security” or “you can’t handle the truth” is absurd. Those crafts contain numerous insights about physics and chemistry that can improve the lives of billions. The companies should be allowed to keep all their developments, but they are not allowed to withhold UAP material. This would be akin to a pharmaceutical company hiding some patients who managed to cure Covid or Cancer in order to study them.
Also, companies are not people. They don’t have a vote in a republic. So it is strange to keep talking about their rights and desires. There needs to be some line drawn between the rights of the companies and their hindrance to the progress of future generations. I sympathize with their fears of government intervention. But why not then try to actively participate in the crafting of the UAP legislation so as to protect your development yet hand over the UAP material?
Q3: So then the main question: well who should own the crashed UAP?
So yes if possible, please try to give me some reasons on who should own the crashed UAP. Do you think the aerospace companies actually have a right to them since they paid for the retrieval and storage? Or do you think that part of being a republic restricts a company’s ability to just withhold information that improves our understanding of the universe?
I am very interested to know the legalities involved here. Are they ambiguous? Any similar historical examples you can think where companies were trying to withhold information and the public tried to fight back to obtain it?
