Why aren’t big name senators campaigning for the UAP Disclosure Act?

I’m talking about Schumer, Gillibrand, Rubio, etc. Normally when legislation is up for vote that is important to them they will be out speaking to promote it and talking to any cable channel or reporter that will listen to them.

Instead they’ve been silent. If they know how important this is how come they aren’t promoting it more? You know they would be doing that if the bill was about abortion, taxes, immigration, etc.
