If Doty’s claims about his prior psy ops are true, why hasn’t he been prosecuted? As I understand it, it’s illegal for the US government to run psychological operations against Americans. Doty has already confessed.
You’d think he could be liable in a wrongful death suit as well.
Who would prosecute such a case? Local DA or DOJ? Has anyone filed a criminal complaint?
Edit: looks like pretty much only Bennewitz’s family could bring a wrongful death suit. Wonder if they ever considered it.
