Having been a trial lawyer, for let me explain to you guys how this actually works in real life and why they’re in fact, countless numerous conspiracies and secrets, which I was part of that I’ll never be disclosed.
There are in fact two NASAs. There is the public Civilian side and the private confidential military side.
If anything that is extraterrestrial, or potentially extraterrestrial, or UFOs, etc. is discovered on the civilian side, it is promptly sent to the military side where it is classified in the entrance of public safety. So NASA employees and administrators can safely say that they have never seen anything extraterrestrial in nature and if you look, you will not find anything on the NASA public side. Because it’s all been classified on the NASA military side. As soon as it’s found it’s classified and transferred.
The USAF works the exact same way. But they also hide stuff and transfer much of it to private military contractors to avoid FOIA requests etc. now if you try to get it in litigation from civilian side they will still hit you with classified at the highest level for national security.
If you get lucky and have a judge with brass balls that wants to review etc and decides you get it you will still be bound by a NKA. If you resolve the matter and you will then will want those those documents back, and everyone is still bound by NDA.
Even when I discovered deadly products out there killing people, and I did a lot, if my client took the settlement offer I can’t talk about them. I always hated that. When I could I got them to fix the products get them recalled, add warnings etc. But that’s more the exception than the rule.
Let’s talk about the ford Firestone debacle over the wilderness XTs etc . All over the news right ? Less than 2 dozen Ford employees knew the whole story. Maybe 5 dozen lawyers. The public never knew the whole story.
