Would antigravitics provide a means of preventing natural disasters?

We speak of the energy sources being a solution to our energy and environmental problems, and the tech providing us with improved transportation, but couldn’t antigravitics make natural disasters preventable as well?

I was thinking of tsunamis and wondering if there was a way or if it’s being studied as to whether or not the use of acoustical waves could cancel out a tsunami/seismic wave, and saw that there’s a study proving “acoustical gravity waves” to cancel out tsunamis. The study also stated that the amount of energy required would amount to that of a nuclear bomb. Now idk the exact definition of the term, but immediately thought, “well if we could just use antigravitics along with the energy source found in these craft, it’d make this feasible but also likely render it a less effective method given that we’d be able to manipulate gravity”.

Could antigravitics also make it so that typhoons/cyclones/hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc could also be prevented? The thought that we could have prevented so many disasters, if the tech has in fact been worked out in secret, is troubling to say the least (in addition to all the other things this tech/energy source could/could’ve resolved)
