My apologies for the bad quality and narration but this looked super odd in person, there was a weird streak of light. To the right of the streak, there is a brighter light that eventually turned into two lights, it started off really dim, got bright and then slowly faded out.

My bad I got a little excited in the video. Again really wish I could’ve captured it better because it was suuuuper strange, never seen anything like it. Please let me know if you have an explanation.
