I just stumbled upon this image from an article someone posted earlier:

Supposedly this slide is from Karl Nells SOL foundation presentation. I’ve seen the other slide with the timeline, but this ones new.

A point under Covert Agreement sparked my interest: NHI Quid Pro Quo

What the actual f*ck is that supposed to mean? Does this imply, that the damn Eisenhower-Alien treaty is actually legit?
