Opinions on this object?

I wasn’t outside but my wife was outside this morning and caught this picture. She didn’t see it with her eyes so we’re having a debate lol. Wasn’t a ball, a balloon or anything. She took another picture immediately (snapped a few back to back) and it’s gone. When she originally told me she caught something I was skeptical thinking it was a glare or something but after looking at it, I’m not sure what to think. Tampa area. I’m totally aware it could be explainable and am not looking to make something out of nothing, just curious for opinions.
