There was this story on this sub, that a US named figure gives a PP presentation to any USA army executives high enough in ranked, explaining the role of the US army in the world. I remember the role was “to protect the forces of orders” and certain key positions, while awaiting for something. Sorry, I may not have the right words to put that up, but this was the spirit

I am sure I have seen that here, and thought to myself I could get back to it easily later to read more about it.
