A friend sent me this video after telling me about it over lunch – He described having seen it “several times” before. Described it in person as a “bright light that hovers and moves slowly/silently, then shoots out a wave of glowing smoke” (potentially plasma?)

Definitely strange and doesn’t look like conventional aircraft to me.

100% open to this being debunked if it’s conventional, however!
