Spinning, color-changing ufo spotted through the trees in the NE sky from my front porch.

I took the dogs out a bit before 9. While I was waiting on them to do their business, I noticed some flickering through the tree tops across the street and spotted this. I watched it for about 5-10 minutes before calling my husband outside. It did appear to make little sporadic moves a few times, but I cannot honestly say it wasn’t a trick of the eye due to me looking through bare tree limbs. The video is horrible bc I’m a idiot. But it does show how the thing seems to be spinning and how it is changing color. Me and my husband watched it for a good 20 30 minutes, until clouds covered it. This thing seemed pretty far off OR really small…either way, idk so I thought I’d post here. Anyone seen any drones that look like this from afar?
