Was just watching a little Channel 4 program on youtube (UK) and couldn’t help notice this weird thing in the top right corner, starting at 2:56

I see quite a lot of these ‘saw this UFO on a program’ posts and usually skip past them but seeing this one myself, I can’t quite figure out what it could be. Any ideas? Kite maybe?
