Hypothetically speaking if someone really wanted to disappear for investigating UFOs what is the number one event that is investigated that leads researchers to being harassed and disappeared or having an “accident”.

I’m not saying I want to do that but just for research purposes I’m wondering if anyone here has any answers to this.
